Software Entitlement and Software Maintenance
As a J9 Expedited Support customer, you are still entitled to all of the HP Software licenses, upgrades, patches, online HP KB access, media and materials provided in your HP maintenance contracts.

J9 Technologies and HP Knowledgebase Access
We provide all Expedited Support customers with access to our internally-generated J9 KnowledgeBase, where you get access to J9’s internally generated knowledge base filled with info collected by our field experience in addition to HP’s KnowledgeBase.

Enhanced Escalation Management
Our unique partnership with the HP Support team provides us with a direct channel to 2nd tier HP Support and HP labs. Our cases have high priority in the HP Support case queues. This translates to faster resolutions and quicker escalations for your HP Software issues that require HP involvement.
