J9 Technologies has been creating and implementing IT operations management solutions for over a decade.
During the last 11 years, J9 has been handed a variety of challenging problems affecting some of the world’s largest and most complex companies. The knowledge gleaned from those experiences combined with a proven track record of success have enabled J9 to secure a well earned reputation as the company to turn to whenever a difficult systems performance or availability issue arises.
In recent years, J9 has embraced artificial intelligence and machine learning and has devised ways to use that robust powerful technology to provide its customers even more powerful IT solutions. That forward-thinking approach reflects J9’s continual evolution over the past decade. We’ve built upon a strong foundation of APM excellence and now offer a wide range of products and services equipped to handle any situation, no matter how complicated. That’s why Fortune 1000 companies keep relying on J9 Technologies to make their systems run faster and more smoothly.
We understand the pain of our enterprise customers, the worries that keep them up at night, and the problems that jeopardize their business operations and reputations. We live to erase those concerns and enable members of enterprise IT departments everywhere to breathe easier.
It is our goal to provide the type of big picture insights and problem-specific solutions that are difficult for internal IT departments to handle on their own. We accomplish that by concentrating on developing solutions tailored to enterprises and their unique business rules and environments. We understand that process is often more of an art than a science and that it takes years of experience with ITOM to ensure the best decisions are made.
We believe IT is ultimately as much about people as it is about software and hardware. Our wisdom and commitment enable us to serve our customers and supply the IT support they need. When it comes right down to it, that ability to provide solutions and help our customers is what matters most to us.
That’s precisely what J9 brings to the table. Led by ITOM pioneers founder and CTO Clay Roach and President Al Wasserberger, J9 fields a team of experts broadly recognized as the best in the industry.
Our customers rely on us to understand their unique challenges and to architect the right solution that solves both their immediate and strategic problems and the deep experience and talent of our staff gives us the knowledge to help you to better manage almost any kind of existing platform or tool within your organization.
Simply put, we are what application developers and IT managers graduate into: Veterans who know how applications are engineered and can apply those lessons to improving how your overall IT operations are managed.
