Our History

J9 Technologies has been creating and implementing IT operations management solutions for over a decade.

Founded in 2005, J9 quickly became a trusted APM and IT Operations Management (ITOM) leader, regularly tapped by large enterprises to solve their most difficult challenges.

During the last 11 years, J9 has been handed a variety of challenging problems affecting some of the world’s largest and most complex companies. The knowledge gleaned from those experiences combined with a proven track record of success have enabled J9 to secure a well earned reputation as the company to turn to whenever a difficult systems performance or availability issue arises.
